The project of an entertainment space renovation that our company did in the past, is presented as a sample project with a fairly low construction cost, combined with a fairly high quality in both construction and design, and its completion in a very short time.

In the field of architecture of space, a division was made into two sectors, the main space and the most premium. Each room had its own bar and toilet area.
The minimal design dominates in all of the spaces which are black except the floor of the central space and the bars, which are white. Behind the white surfaces there is a lighting system that is controlled by the dj and converts these surfaces into different colors, as well as lighting lines that are entagled on the black walls.
The entrance to the club is through a black hallway 15 meters long in the middle of which there is the dressing room and at the end there is an illuminated double door. On the ground floor is the large central bar in the middle and around it, the first zone and with a separation with a railing, the vip space. Upstairs there is also a seating area and another bar. The space was designed to function both as a club and as a music stage.
The area where the interference took place is 1200 square meters, the interference was radical as only the metal frame of the building was left with the external masonry, 8 new toilets were added (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor), a new floor was placed in half of the area and in the rest the wooden prefabrication was restored, new metal constructions were made in lofts, entrances, bars, railings, ground floor lofts, new electrical and plumbing installations, new cooling-heating-ventilation installations, we installed elastic ceilings, crystals and plexiglass and over 1000 meters of LED linear tape and all the furniture were designed and manufactured by our workshops.
The total cost of the project did not exceed 140,000 € and the completion time was 48 days.
