This is a residence designed for a family of three in a plot within the settlement "Megala Chorafia" in Apokoronas. The plot has a slight slope to the south where there is a panoramic view to the White Mountains of Crete. The main demand was for this view to exist from every area of the house, the permeability and the bioclimatic design.

Thus was designed a building consisting of two volumes, the north with a sloping roof and one meter higher than the south and at a distance of five meters from it. The transition from one volume to another is through a glass corridor, connecting the day area with the night area.
In the southern volume, where the main areas are located, we placed a continuous corner window of 16 meters that harmoniously frames the entire mountain range. The same happens in the bedrooms, where with the degradation of the southern volume, the view is again unobstructed. The corridor that connects the two volumes, creates two private patios - gardens. In the northern part of the building there is a swimming pool with access from the vertical axis of movement (north - south).
