On a plot of land within the settlement, in an olive grove with a view of the white mountains, a complex of four independent single-family houses was designed, with a total area of 212m2 extending over two floors, with an area of 440m2 each. The houses are located at the northern end of the plot, oriented to the south which is also the view of the olive grove and the white mountains. The north-south orientation in combination with the openings design, make the buildings bioclimatic and the carefully designed thermal insulations with the elimination of thermal bridges, combined with the use of photovoltaics, classify them in category A++ and partially passive. The houses are built from local stone combined with the use of reinforced concrete, so that we can have large openings.

The floor plan is rectangular, making the separation of day and night spaces clear. The entrance is made from the side of each building, where there are auxiliary openings. On the north side, there are two bedrooms on the upper floor with a bathroom in each and a master bedroom on the lower floor with a bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. In the space remaining on the upper floor, there is an office space and a living room - playroom. These spaces have view through the double height to the sitting area downstairs and the white mountains through the large south facing window. Downstairs we have the kitchen, dining room and WC. From the south window there is access to the outdoor courtyard area with the swimming pool at its southern end. Below the patio, there is an engine room, pool tank and storage area. From the bedrooms on the north side of the building, there is access to private small patios-balconies that each bedroom has exclusive use of. Distinctive plantings separate these courtyards from the parking area of each residence but also from the neighboring residences of the complex and the roads that surround it. From the living room, via a staircase, there is access to the basement of the residence, where there is a gym, sauna, storage room, cinema and bathroom. The basement space has natural lighting and ventilation through an atrium.
The buildings consist of a reinforced concrete foundation and frame, the masonry is made of load-bearing stonework and the thermal insulation is placed internally, both in the masonry and on the roof, resulting in maximum thermal insulation and breathability. There is a complete waterproofing system in the foundation and in the frame before the creation of the stonework, but also on the outside of the masonry. The frames that are installed are minimal profile and offer the minimum view of the frames. The glasses are energy efficient. The heating system used is a heat pump combined with a floor fan coil. On the floors of the residence in all areas, a custom made industrial floor is used, which blends harmoniously with the stone, the smooth surfaces of the white walls and the fixed furniture consisting of natural oak and white lacquer, mdf wood and marine plywood in the areas of bathrooms and interior doors. The ambient lighting, which has been studied extensively, highlights the materials inside and outside, creating a sense of relaxation in all areas of the homes. The distances between the buildings and the carefully chosen planting, intensify the privacy of each residence as they block visibility and sound to the maximum.
