It is about a complex of three houses with enclosed parking spaces. The terrain impeled us to design the building on three levels. At the street level is the entrance of this "special" apartment building, as well as enclosed parking spaces and warehouses. On the second level is a three-bedroom apartment, a 2-bedroom apartment, a studio apartment and storage. On the third level, there is a large apartment with unobstructed views of the sea and the area of the Agioi Apostoloi to the north and views of the cityscape and sunset to the west. From this level there is also access to a south garden with swimming pool, as well as to the fourth private level where the rooftop is located and a garden of the same level connected by an air bridge.

Large openings in all areas give glass a dominant use and allow light to diffuse in every corner of the house. The architecture of the spaces intensifies privacy and a better quality of living. In addition, besides the design, the technology of the materials used also contributes to this, as the substrates contain mixed materials with thermal and sound insulation properties, on the roofs on all levels a dry building roof was placed with sound insulation materials, the aluminum frames were constructed in such a way as to cope with the extreme weather phenomena of the area etc.
In the interior, the white wall has been chosen in combination with volumes of cement mortar, wooden floor and oak furniture in the bathrooms. The ceilings form hidden lights and we come across glass roof sections. The cooling-heating system consists of a roof fan coil in combination with underfloor heating and cooling and the use of a heat pump.
