Our company has a hybrid form which combines the advantages of an architectural office and a construction company and minimizes the disadvantages. We treat the building as a whole. We design with the architect's sense of responsibility and we build with the professionalism of the construction company, so we have a perfect result. We have a specific number of projects that we undertake every year, so we've been able to create buildings of unique architecture with very high construction quality, fully interwoven with the different needs of each client.

Our goal is to create a building with a high level, both in architecture and in construction. When we have full control of the project in all its phases, only then can we guarantee at all levels and the employer is not required to involve more than one company.
Of course, there is the option, if the customer so wishes, to proceed with construction with another company, as well as building a building designed by another architectural office.

We have been specializing for several years in the design and construction of homes and hotels. The majority of our customers are from countries abroad, so we are familiar with working remotely with the high construction standards of the northern-European countries.

• Finding the plot you are looking for in collaboration with our co-located real estate office, the buildability check, the assessment of whether it is suitable for what you want and imagine to build, are the first stage.
• The second stage is the preliminary studies, the necessary studies, the issuance of the building permit and the implementation study.
• The third stage is the costing of the project, the preparation of a tender for the construction and finally the construction of the building.
• The fourth and last stage is the supervision and maintenance of the property, as well as its exploitation for rent if the client wishes so, in cooperation again with the real estate agency.

The buildings and complexes that we design and license are to order. Our usual charge for this service arises through a government program that sets the minimum legal fee for engineers, based on what they want to build. Our license fee is usually the minimum fee set by the system. In any case, you can apply for a license offer for what you are thinking of building.

At the construction stage, you receive from us an offer for the project, which consists of the final application plans, technical description of the works and attached files for each work that mentions the materials, the way of construction, the certifications and the guarantees. There is no extra charge for supervision.

The price per square meter varies depending on the size of the building, the size of the surrounding area, the existence or not of a swimming pool, the type of heating, the quality of materials such as floors, stable furniture, sanitary ware, etc. and of course the architecture of the building (floors, basement, balconies, pergolas, size of openings, etc.). A more functional approach is to first tell us how much you want to spend on the project, and to design a building commensurate with that amount.

Yes, it is possible to work together only in the study and permission of the property, or only in the construction.

In Vamos Apokorona, we have an office co-located with the real estate agency Elizabeth Estate Agency, which has hundreds of properties available for sale throughout Crete. The inspection of the property, the assessment based on your needs, the necessary moves with notaries, lawyers, surveyors and other necessary specialties are within our facilities. In fact, many times, all these arrangements are made in collaboration with our customers without being in Greece.

We can check the plot you are thinking of buying, evaluate it based on your requests, check the possible construction of new buildings on neighboring properties, possible views from different heights, possible nuisances or local frequent weather phenomena (wind, rain, snow or shading from adjacent buildings) and proceed to a preliminary study so that you understand the way we plan.

There's no need to bother you at all while building your project. Of course, if you wish, it will be a pleasure to have you there and to see your dreams come true. That joy is our benefit too.
