In the area of ​​the Profitis Elias, under the Venizelos graves, in an existing three-level building with a panoramic view of the city of Chania, we were asked to intervene with a new architectural and application study. The building consists of three apartments, pilotis and a rooftop and the study concerns both the interior and the exterior spaces, the courtyard spaces, the rooftop and the facades of the building.

The design started from the functionality of the spaces with modifications of masonry and openings, forming the interior according to the needs of the new owners. Then, with the new openings, we expanded on the facades of the building, unifying the balconies, modifying the parapets and adding vertical floating walls, giving a modern and minimalist architectural design to the building. The architectural composition was completed with the study of the ground floor courtyard area and the rooftop and finally planting and lighting design.
