In the year 2018, the need arose to upgrade the workplace of our company. Emphasis was given in addition to meeting our needs, the project to be the main example of the design philosophy we follow and the quality of construction we offer.

Three autonomous spaces were created, between which there is visual contact but not acoustic. In the creation - meetings area, there is a large three-meter-long office swing with its suspended luminaire, as well as a rest area. From this space is the entrance to the new kitchen and toilet, as well as to the other two spaces. At the entrance, which is also in contact with the main road, there is a white marble table, and the view of the white mountains is visible through the corner glass. In the third and last space there are autonomous management and construction offices, as well as the space of the control room with the mechanical - electronic installations.
The facade of the office was designed to take advantage of the sun per season, and the oncology in relation to the placement of the glass, degrades at the entrance to create a canopy and protrudes on the opposite side, creating a space for our dog, who likes to be as close to the sidewalk as possible and observe.
The furniture is designed by us and made in our partner factory, perfectly serving the needs of our office. In all areas, at the height of the offices, there is a masonry cladding with hidden lighting that diffuses light to the rest of the walls where one encounters the concrete that previously existed in the area, referring to memory. All the spaces and the furniture are in the shade of white, the color of our company, and black marble tiles have been placed on the floor. From the smart installation is done through application, the operation of the underfloor heating, the air conditioning duct, the ventilation which also comes into operation automatically when it detects high levels of carbon dioxide, lighting as well as the cleaning, alarm and monitoring system.
